Temperature Calibration Offset Adjustment:
1) Select temperature between 500-550° F.
2) Press and hold BAKE function.
3) Select desired offset between +35° and -35° F.
4) Press CANCEL to enter offset temperature.
NOTES: Offset temperature is retained through power failures.
Self-clean temperatures not affected by calibration offset.
